Weekly Youth Groups

Kids Konnections (K-12 grades) - Wednesday Evenings at Athena Baptist Church. This program utilizes teachers and helpers from both the Baptist and Christian churches. During each meeting, between 40 and 70 children receive God-centered training.

Young Disciples (6-12 grades) meet Sunday evenings at 4:30 PM in the Fellowship Hall from September to May. Meetings and activities will be scheduled throughout the school year. All young people of are invited to attend the meetings and participate in the activities. The group operates an ice cream booth at the Pendleton Round-up to fund activities for the year.

24:7 Community High School Youth Group (9-12 grades) meets on Wednesdays from 7:30 to 9:00 PM at the Athena Baptist Church.  All High School youth are welcome.

Ladies’ Birthday Lunch

“Go out for lunch with the girls” on the second Tuesday of each month. Check the calendar for location each month. Call the Church Office if you need more information.

Monthly Fellowship Potluck

Delicious food and enjoyable company are always in abundance at ACC’s regular monthly Fellowship Potluck lunch in the Fellowship Hall following the Sunday school hour. If you plan to attend, please bring a main dish or finger food, salad or dessert to share.

Elders Meetings

ACC’s elders and minister meet at least twice a month to seek God’s widsom concerning congregational issues and to pray for the members of our church body. If you wish to meet with them for special prayer, please contact one of the church elders.

Forward Focus

This meeting of the church leaders is usually held quarterly. The group meets in the Fellowship Hall to discuss church business, plan for the future, and pray for God’s guidance for his people at ACC and around the world. If you know of something that should be addressed at a Forward Focus meeting, please contact the church office.

Women’s Community Bible Study

All women are invited to share in this low-key Bible study every Wednesday morning from 9:30 to 11:30. You may join this study at any time.
