1. God’s written message to mankind is found only in the 66 books of the Christian Bible. It was given by God to tell us why we need God, how to become God’s people, what to do as God’s people, and what we can look forward to as God’s people. (2 Timothy 3:16)
2. Jesus Christ provides the only way of salvation. (Acts 4:10-12)
3. Salvation is available only through Jesus Christ because He, though He had never sinned, willingly paid the penalty for sin on the cross. (Romans 5:8; John 14:6)
4. Personal victory over temptation and sin is possible through the power of the Holy Spirit Who lives in every Christian’s heart. (Galatians 5:22-25; Ephesians 3:16)
5. The purpose of God’s church on earth is to accurately represent God to the world and to make Christian disciples who will make more Christian disciples. (Matthew 28:18-20; Ephesians 3:10-11; 2 Corinthians 5:17-20)

Our goal as Christians is to glorify God by training believers to be “intentional Christians,” able to successfully live as God intends His people to live. To achieve this goal, ACC has defined and developed the T.E.A.M. Discipleship process to help a seeker enter God’s family, grow in the disciplines of grace, and become a mature Christian. This process is organized into four levels, each building on the one(s) preceding it.

• T- Touching the heart of God (building basic beliefs)
• E- Establishing your Christian life (building basic habits)
• A- Amplifying the mission of the church (learning to serve and/or lead others)
• M- Mentoring the next generation (teaching others to serve or lead)
